Customer Focused Marketing Messages: An ENTOVATION Challenge!

ENTOVATION International compiled and published a listing of Advertising Messages on Knowledge Management - Customer Specific, which have been tracked to the new concept of customer partnering explained in the two part article Customer Innovation: A Function of Knowledge: Part I - The Theory and Customer Innovation: A Function of Knowledge: Part II - The Practice by Debra M. Amidon, Founder and Chief Strategist, ENTOVATION International Ltd.

Three favorites from the list are given below:

Our Business is Helping Yours General Electric Capital Services (WSJ - 8/29/95)
A Vested Interest in Your Success Everen Securities (WSJ - 9/26/95)
We help customers achieve results Atlas Company (Airport ad - 5/99)

These marketing messages also appeared in Amidon's book Innovation Strategy for the Knowledge Economy: The Ken Awakening (see Review).

At KnowMap, we also like to use customer capital to innovate and develop content. Challenges offer a way to do so. Thus we challenge you, after reading the messages above and on the ENTOVATION International site, to think about and contribute your own best finds of similar customer focused marketing messages or even organizational mission statements. Perhaps you will create one just for this purpose and will use it to guide you in your relationships with your customers.

We issue this challenge:
How many more such messages can we generate to add to the original listing?
The best of the submissions will be published and out of those one will be selected as the very best to be awarded a copy of ENTOVATION International's The Architecture Primer (see Review).

If you are quoting from someone else, please sure to reference the source and date; otherwise, these cannot be published. Should the item be your own innovative thought, please let us know what identifying information we should add: for example, your name, organization and purpose for which the statement was created - mission statement, advertising (where it appeared and date) or for this challenge.

Submit your quotes or creations to Editor, KnowMap

We like to believe that even if we don't hear from you (although we certainly hope to), you will now be ever on the lookout for customer partnering messages and use this concept to draw in knowledge capital from your own customers.
