Jerry Ash is Senior Counselor, The Forbes Group, as well as Founder and Chief Executive, Association of Knowledgework (AOK)

Jerry Ash is a lifelong communicator whose experience has included a broad spectrum of advocacy and leadership roles including university professor, editor, publisher, author, state senator, hospital public relations director, CEO of a state hospital association and executive director of an organ donor organization. In every role he has been an innovator and agent of change.

He is internationally known as a pioneer in knowledge or intellectual asset management. His articles and opinions have been published in the following publications: Communications World, Knowledge Inc., Knowledge Management magazine, Computer World, CIO Canada, Scientific Computing and Instrumentation, Association Management magazine and i3 Update of Entovation International in the UK.

Ash founded the Association of Knowledgework (AOK) a virtual association, in July 2000 as an outgrowth of a knowledge management discussion group he had formed for professional association executives earlier that year. Now some 1000 people in 70 countries across geographic, professional, cultural, economic and hierarchical barriers gain and share knowledge at AOK.
