Craig Battrick

Craig Battrick is a usability specialist for Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) in Corvallis, Oregon. He has been a technical communicator for over twenty years and has been involved in knowledge management strategy programs at HP's Imaging and Printing Group for the last four years.

In late October and early November of 2002, he presented a sequel to his work on the nature of knowledge at the KMWorld & Intranets conference in Santa Clara, California, and at the Region 7 Conference of the Society for Technical Communicators in Vancouver, British Columbia.
