R. Srinivasan
He has worked in diverse industries, including oil and gas, information technology, steel, construction (onshore and offshore) and consumer goods, among others. Srinivasan's broad-based experience covers human resources development at all organizational levels, in both large and small companies. During his professional engagements he has traveled to the United Kingdom, the Middle East and Southeastern countries. His work includes HR consulting; organization development; and corporate training. Working with senior managers, he has devised strategies for developing an organization's human resource talent. With postgraduate qualifications in management from XLRI (Xavier Labor Relations Institute) Jamshedpur, Srinivasan has written on management topics. He is co-author of the book Management Principles & Practice and his articles have appeared in leading publications such as Times of India, Indian Express (for IT People), Business India and others.
