Alison Tsao
Also, Tsao worked for IBM GSA (International Business Machines, Global Services - Australia) in Telstra's Year 2000 Project as the Senior Programmer, and in Public Transport Corporation's Year 2000 Project as the Analyst Programmer (Grade V). She sees that the computer plays an important role in modern life, and is embedded within information literacy, Internet, knowledge mapping and life long learning. Tsao graduated from the National Taiwan University with a Bachelor or Arts in Economics. She obtained a Graduate Diploma in Librarianship from the Canberra College of Advanced Education (CCAE) and a Graduate Diploma in Computing from Deakin University. She has wide interests in many subjects and would like to further her study on developing knowledge maps for organizations. In 1998, Tsao presented a paper at the SAS Conference in Melbourne, Australia. The SAS Institute Inc., USA, produces specialised software products for statistical analysis.
