Alycia Tulloch

Alycia Tulloch is currently completing her Masters of Library and Information Management degree in Emporia State University's Emporia of the Rockies program.

A native of the state of Colorado, she currently lives in a straw-bale house in Nederland, Colorado and commutes daily to work in Boulder at Freshwater Software. Prior to selling software, Tulloch worked in sales and public relations in the natural products and organic foods industries. She also taught English as a Second/Foreign Language in Japan and in the United States.

Her formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts in history from Trinity University, including study in Copenhagen, Denmark, and a graduate fellowship in public affairs with the Coro Foundation in St. Louis, Missouri, USA.

Tulloch's special area of interest is Knowledge Management and in particular Intellectual Capital Management especially as it applies to Human Capital Management and the transfer of implicit to explicit knowledge.
