and Global Learn Day Stories as well as the Socrates Academy
and its Award program to recognize those who are providing or increasing
affordable access to education. See also Special Views
for additional articles on Global Learn Day and the Socrates
Academy.
Storytelling is becoming a recognized method among KM experts for passing
knowledge and wisdom to others. We are using this method to add to our
database of common knowledge.
Thus we are seeking stories and news to feature in our Case Studies
- Learning Connecting the Dots section. The stories should
feature how some person or organization is increasing affordable
access to education. The submitter as well as the person
or organization featured will receive an Emerald subscription to KnowMap
and in addition the featured person or organization may become eligible
as a nominee for the Socrates Academy Awards. (If you are already a
subscriber, 3 additional issues will be added to your subscription.)
Please send your stories to using the subject: Global Learn Day Challenge!
