Please Pre-register in Onsite Courses
Since space is usually limited, please pre-register by e-mailing Stanford Solutions with the workshop short name (e.g. KTOOLS or KFLOW) date and place (city name) in the subject line. Include in the body of the message your name, organization name, daytime phone number and the date/city of the workshop you wish to attend.
Also include any preferential rate for which you are applying (e.g. previous attendee of Stanford Solutions full-day workshop) and any details of how you have met any prerequisites, if required for the course.
You will receive by return e-mail confirmation and a registration number, which usually begins with one or two digits for the city and course name. Please be sure you have received the correct city/course number. Please use this number on all future correspondence regarding the course.
When you receive notification that your space is reserved, please remit fees and Registration Form before the early bird deadline. If fees are not received prior to that date, your reserved space may be sold or you may be subject to a late fee. No refunds will be available after the early bird deadline unless your space can be sold to someone on the waiting list. Substitutions are welcome, if the original person cannot attend, except for courses requiring pre-requisites. Also special rates may not apply to the substitute.
Waiting list
If the registration maximum is exceeded, your name may be placed on a waiting list until space is available. Should space become available, you will be guaranteed the early bird price if your original request was received within the deadline. If sufficient numbers have not been received by the early bird deadline, the course may be cancelled or postponed.

If the course you want is not available in a location convenient to you, you may request one in your location or for your organization by contacting
Stanford Solutions with "Booking Request" in the subject line and details of the request in the body of the message.
