Subscriber Levels

• Library refers to Research Library of electronic documents on knowledge management and knowledge mapping available from Stanford Solutions Inc.'s web site [see www.knowmap.com/ssi//library.html].

Access Levels

Available in one of two methods:

1. Individual subscriber access via userid/password. Prices as above.
2. Site license access via Internet Protocol (IP) authentication.
   • For access for up to 10 employees who would regularly read each issue: Add $20 US/$30 CDN.
   • Add $10 US/$15 CDN for each additional 100-employee increment for frequent access.

   N.B. See notes regarding site licensing below:

   1. It is not necessary to pay for total number of employees - only those who will regularly access the subscription.
   2. Site licenses access applies only to paid subscriptions of Sapphire level or higher. Single issues, trial copies, or Emerald subscriptions are available only by userid/password access.
   3. Renewals. Please pay to renew site license access at the same or higher level, if you wish continued site license access.

Payment Methods

The following credit cards are accepted and billed in Canadian funds.

Other forms of payment include cheque or money order payable in either US or Canadian funds as indicated.

Payment may be submitted printing the Subscription form (pdf) and then doing one of the following:

1. Fax the form with all credit card details completed, including the signature of the authorized cardholder to 1-403-274-0564 (Canada and United States) or 00-1-403-274-0564 (other countries).
2. Mail the form with all credit card details completed, including the signature of the authorized cardholder, to the address below.
3. Mail the completed form, except for credit card details, and enclose a cheque or money order (made payable to Stanford Solutions).
4. Order through your Ebsco account
5. Ordering through your other subscription agent account.

Once payment has been received, we will e-mail you a userid/password to access KnowMap, The Knowledge Management, Auditing and Mapping Magazine.

Terms & Conditions

• We base our subscription terms and prices on mutual respect. We respect you by not selling or renting out your contact information and by offering information deemed to be valuable. We would like you to return the favour by respecting copyright and subscription privileges. You may access the site as many times as you want for as long as you want during the subscription period. You may even print a copy of each page for your own information. We ask though that you not give your userid/password to others. We also expect you will abide by the copyright rules of the Berne Convention.
   
  
• Our e-magazine is subscription based while other Internet sites and newsletters appear to be free. The reason for this is some may recover costs and make profit by selling subscriber contact information to others or allowing pop-up or other intrusive advertising. KnowMap's revenue is based on content value paid for by subscribers and selected advertisers. Your subscription information is used only by KnowMap to administer the subscription and to determine audience type and interests so we can better fulfill your needs.
