Renew Now!As a valued subscriber, you may take 10% off current subscription prices when you Renew Now! Just write Renewal on the top of your form where it says Subscription Type and then deduct 10% from the price when completing your payment. N.B. The reduction does not apply to the site license portion of the payment. Thus if the price of the subscription level/term you want is $99 Canadian, your renewal price is $90 Canadian. If the site license level you choose is $20 Canadian, then your total cost is $90 + $20 = $110. To take advantage of your valued position, be sure we receive your renewal an issue before expiry. This ensures we can keep you on the list without loss of service to you and at less effort for us, thus is the reason we offer a cost reduction for renewals. Upgrade Now!There are two ways you can upgrade. You can upgrade the level of your subscription to see more material or you can upgrade to a site license so that more people in your company can have access. Upgrade LevelThere are three levels of subscriptions so you can select the amount of material you wish to read: Sapphire (1 year only)- allows you to see all articles in all issues and all Archives that relate to your one-year subscription term. Ruby (1 year, archives, library) - allows you to see all articles in all issues for your one-year subscription term, all Archives of the magazine and the articles at the Stanford Solutions Resource Library. Diamond (2 year, archives, library) - allows you access to all of the above for a two-year term. To upgrade from one level to the next partway through your term, deduct the amount of the level you have now from the cost of the level to which you wish to upgrade. Then complete and send a form with Upgrade written on the top where it says Subscription Type. Include the amount of payment difference to bring you to that level. e.g., If you are a Sapphire subscriber and the current price is $40 US, and you wish to upgrade to Diamond at $70 US per year, your upgrade price would be $30 US. Upgrade Site LicenseNormal access to the magazine for individual and complimentary subscriptions is by an assigned userid/password pair. Our copyright agreement states that this userid/password pair is for the subscribing individual's use only and must not be shared without our express permission. As a paid subscriber, if you wish to add other members of your department and/or organization (e.g. company) without violating our copyright agreement and without paying full cost for individual subscriptions for each person, you may add site licenses for your organization. To do this your organization must have either a static IP address or unique e-mail extension exclusive to your organization. Add to your Subscription for Free!Adding issues to your subscription for free is easy. Share your knowledge just like non-subscribers can according to one of the items at Collaborators. Subscribers only may turn these into cash discounts as follows: Win 1 issue and you qualify for an additional 10% off renewal price (20% if renewed before last issue) or 10% off the upgrade level price. Win 2 issues and you qualify for an additional 20% off renewal price (30% if renewed before last issue). Win 3 (6-month) complimentary issues and take 50% off your renewal or upgrade level. N.B. This applies to subscription costs only - site license costs are never discounted. Thus if you have a Sapphire subscription and are a site license subscriber, your renewal would be 50% of the current cost to renew or 50% of the cost to upgrade. If you had site license access at $20, the price for maintaining it would remain the full $20. When renewing just write number of free issues for which you qualified and write this at the top of the form by Subscription Type. Then write in the reduced amount payable before adding in the site license fee, if applicable. Become a Featured Subscriber(For current Subscribers ONLY!) If you are currently a paid subscriber to KnowMap and have found value in the magazine, you could become a Featured Subscriber. You know how some companies have "employee of the month"? We decided instead to focus on our customers and find subscribers to whom we have made some positive difference. If you write in to tell us even about one article that made a difference to you or your company, you could becomew one of our Featured Subscribers. With your permission we will interview you and include how we made a difference to you. Then as Featured Subscriber, you will be given an extra year subscription to our magazine. (N.B.
